Festival do Marisco de Olhão

The Excellency of Algarve cooking products allows a presentation of unique and exemplar gastronomy. Fit in this excellency are the magnificent and delicious sea products that Algarve is proud of, like the SHELLFISH and the SARDINE, that has its higher gastronomic point in Portimão and Olhão festivals. This year, both festivals count with the participation of the gastronomic José Bento dos Santos - presenter of the program “O Sentido do Gosto” in RTP 1 - that will promote the showing of some new prescriptions conjugating, by a peculiar form, the real potential of the traditionality of these beautiful products with a desirable and current cooking modernity. Don’t miss this year the Festival of the Sardine and Festival of the Shellfish in Portimão and Olhão, and share with us this experience of new and delicate.
