The Faro Municipal Theatre and five Algarve municipalities - Faro, Loulé, Lagos, Lagoa and Vila Real de Sto. António – are hosting the 10th “a sul” International Festival of Contemporary Dance.

This is a co-production with the Fundo do Fundo, an association of cultural activities, which will, for the second time and as was the case last year, be organising an extension to Lisbon, with performances at the CCB, Teatro da Trindade, Teatro da Comuna and Teatro Taborda, in order to raise the profile of the event. Contributing to the national artistic scene since 1994, there will once again be a focus on artistic creation from countries which are less well known to us. This time, Japan will be the country invited to share its artistic productions with you.
