Until July 2007, four pavilions, with a total area of 5700m2 will be installed in Faro, next to the Municipal Swimming Pools, to receive various fairs, starting with that of Algardecor on 30th of this month. All the fairs form part of an initiative named ExpoFaro, which was today presented by the Faro local authority.

The objective "is to contribute to the economic and socio-cultural development of the Faro and Algarvian society".

Algardecor is a fair of decoration, furnishings and fittings for the home and will be open for four days, until 3rd December, from 15.00 to 24.00hrs. Entrance costs two euros.

In January it is the turn of the third edition of Algarve Noivos - Fair of Articles and preparations for weddings. It will take place between 12th and 14th. It is noted that Algarve Noivos received 10 thousand visitors in 2005 and 13 thousand in 2006.

Later, in February, Algarve Oportunidades - Feira de Saldos e Artigos de Ocasion takes place, followed in March by Algarve Jardim, plants and pool equipment. In May, Expo Alentejo presents Tourism, Products and Traditions.

In June 2007, close to the end, Algarve Informática and Imobiliária has its turn and the fairs end in July with Algarve em Forma and Algarve Cosmética.
