The highly regarded German electronic music band will top the bill at the party on the Praia da Batata in Lagos. Patrick Bodmer and Philipp Jung are already confirmed for the Algarve Beach Party 2007, which will be held in Lagos on 9th August. The German duo, who perform as the group M.A.N.D.Y., will be topping the bill, alongside other names such as DJ Patife and Elektro Fighterz, in the area devoted to dance music.

Other people who are confirmed are the Jamaican Earl 16, who shares the Reggae area with Anthony Johnson, Bob Figurante, Ras DaMula, Jula Jah Soundsystem, Papa Paulo and Sista Pat.

On the Sagres FM stage, the highlights will be Paulo Gamboa, Mellow Deep and Patrick Dellors.

The Algarve Beach Party is in its third year. According to the organisers, a number of logistical facilities at the precinct will be improved to ensure that the event runs smoothly and guarantee the well-being of the public.

The promoters Positiva Eventos said that in 2008, the aim would be to turn this celebration of music, dance and the beaches of the Algarve into a landmark event.
