After extensive research, results showed the need to implement a programme of activities for families focusing on elements such as rekindling, comfort, indulgence, safety, de-stressing, and other beneficial aspects of travelling amongst as a family. With this in mind the resort has appointed a new Senior Director of Golf and Fun, a novelty for the resort, to assist in the development and launch of a series of activities for families to enjoy together, for mum and dad to enjoy on their own and for kids to have a blast with other children.
These will include videogame competitions, a Cool Cash Card - a fun way for kids to learn how to deal with money and a safe and stress free method for parents, who can state a limited amount per transaction and have full control over it  movies and pop corn sessions, mini-golf, barbeques, and a themed Pirates night, amongst many others.
This summer also sees the launch of the Sheratons Experience Concierge, a convenient one-stop-shop designed to accommodate all guests requirements and booking of leisure activities and experiences in the resort.
