November 2010 

•   Saturday 27th November Spa Workshop. 2 people for each 1 12 hour training session. The Sanctuary Spa is Pure Pampering...Indulge your senses. 

•   Saturday 27th November Join the Chef’s Table with your host, Bill Hawkins. Dine at one table in our new kitchen with a 12 course Tasting menu that includes Show Cooking with Chef Pedro Peinado Pereira and tasting wines specially selected by the Restaurant Manager, José Fernandes.  Enjoy a superb12 course tasting menu from our A la Carte and Degustation menus to taste and enjoy featuring the very best dishes from our kitchen. The Cuisine is a fusion of international influences and the dishes are created with passion.. The kitchen is air conditioned. Numbers are limited. €145 per person. 

December 2010 

•   Saturday 4th December. Spa Workshop. 2 people for each 1 12 hour training session. 

•   Saturday 4th December to Thursday 23rd December. Festive Christmas Parties. Selection of dishes to choose to create your own festive party menu for lunch and dinner. 

•   Sunday 5th December. Christmas Festive Season Gala Lunch House Party. Before friends and family leave the Algarve for Christmas or have other commitments on Christmas Day, enjoy a festive party together,  So why not get together with a group of family or friends and treat yourself to our sparkling party at Monte do Casal on Sunday 5th December . •   Saturday 11th December Christmas Festive Season Gala Dinner Party. Before friends and family leave the Algarve for Christmas or have other commitments on Christmas Day, enjoy a festive party together,  So why not get together with a group of family or friends and treat yourself to our sparkling party at Monte do Casal on Sunday 5th December . A cuisine with a fusion of international influences, dishes created with passion. For couples and small groups up to six. 

•   Saturday 15th December Best Wines of Portugal and Gourmet Dinner. 

•   Christmas Eve. Champagne and canapé Reception, Gala Dinner 

•   Christmas Day. Champagne Reception and Gala Lunch 

•   Boxing Day Barbeque Lunch Party with the New Orleans Jazz Band Live. 

•   New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and House Party in the Bar afterwards. House Party in the Cocktail Bar. Caipirinha... Mojito…Champagne….  Dance to the Greatest Hits of the 60s, 70s and 80s and some surprises with the DJ Rasta B Hasta B and the guest appearance at times during the evening of the coolest group, The Shaking Tonedefs to get you in the mood!….
