The Resident Group is launching Algarve Golf & Property Magazine on April 15, 2010. Initially the new magazine will be published every other month, featuring articles aimed at people interested in either buying a property in the region to live in or as an investment, or moving within the Algarve, plus a comprehensive guide to all the region’s golf courses and news about golf in the Algarve. It incorporates both the Algarve Property Magazine and the Algarve Golf Magazine, formerly the Algarve Golf Guide.

Copies will be on sale at selected retailers, with a cover price of €2.50, and distributed free in other high footfall outlets across the region, including golf courses and key realtors.

It will also be available in PDF format for €1.50 per edition, emailed to subscribers as soon as the magazine goes to print.

Sheena Rawcliffe, Managing Director of The Resident Group, said: “With strong evidence that the property market in the Algarve is emerging from the doldrums, we feel the time is right for a focussed and quality magazine aimed at the sector.

“It will provide the perfect vehicle for anyone selling a home, whether private or a realtor, and those who are looking to purchase in the region.”

Commenting on the move to merge the group’s Algarve Golf Magazine into the new title, Sheena Rawcliffe added: “There is a marked synergy between golf and property in the Algarve and the Algarve Golf & Property Magazine will reflect this.”
