Menus designed by chefs awarded with Michelin stars, chocolate workshops and other delicacies, are part of the 5th edition of the International Gourmet Festival "Tribute to Claudia", to be held in Albufeira during the upcoming week. Starting next Friday, January 14th, and lasting for 10 days, the festival will have its epicentre in the kitchen of the hotel Vila Joya, the only one in Portugal awarded with two Michelin Stars.

According to the promoter’s press release, dozens of chefs, all prized with Michelin stars, will present author menus, especially designed for the occasion, composed at least by seven dishes, appetizers, wines and spirits.

On the first day of the event, all eyes will be focused on the menu cooked by the collective of 12 chefs with Michelin stars working in Portugal.

The dinner of the night of January 16th will be prepared by 21 European chefs and the other meals of the Gourmet Festival are delivered by chefs from Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Italy, USA, France and Holland.
