Tennis courts can be booked by the hour, either at one of the
specialist centres with professional coaches on hand to help improve
your game, or at any of the hundreds of private courts. Like golf,
tennis and other outdoor sport, the southern European climate allows
lawn bowls to be played in the Algarve all year round. Visitors are
always welcome and prices, including hire of woods, are reasonable.
Local tennis and bowls competitions are almost all open to visitors.
