The excellence of Algarve cooking products allows a presentation of unique and exemplar gastronomy.
 
Fit in this excellence are the magnificent and delicious sea products that Algarve is proud of, like the SHELLFISH and the SARDINE that have their higher gastronomic point in Portimão and Olhão Festivals.
  
This year, both festivals count with the participation of the gastronome José Bento dos Santos - presenter of the program “O Sentido do Gosto” in RTP 1 - who will promote the showing of some new recipe conjugating, by a peculiar form, the real potential of the tradition of these delicious products with a desirable and current cooking modernity.
