From 29th October, TAP will reinforce its operation to London, making
available to passengers a total of 78 weekly flights from the airports
of Lisbon, Porto, Faro and Funchal. Thus, between Thursdays and Sundays, providing a better
service to tourism, the Portuguese aerial carrier offers two new daily
flights, leaving from Lisbon, destination London Heathrow.
During the next winter season, there will also be another daily
connection to London, leaving the Aeroporto Franciso Sá Carneiro, in
Porto.
This way, TAP will count on a total of 21 weekly flights, seven more than in the same period last year.
TAP have further announced that "with this reinforcement of its
operation, the company aims to not only serve better the point-to-point
traffic, but equally to promote a better articulation with Porto as the
intermediate point between Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and New York. In
Faro, the company will make available seven weekly flights. In relation
to Funchal, they will continue to operate the normal daily flight to
London. |
